How do I place an order at Flex Step Shop?
To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your preferred product, choose the correct size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you are ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Most orders arrive within a few business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

What is your return policy?
