If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Shoes must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team with their order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges are available for items of equal value if you need a different size or if the item is defective. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within the 30-day return period. Exchange items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including clearance items, final sale products, gift cards, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item to verify the issue. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds will only be issued for products purchased directly from Flex Step Shop. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or that show signs of misuse or abuse of our return system.
Flex Step Shop is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks, credit card companies, or payment providers. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
